Due to the nature of our products, which are made to order based on your specific dimensions, material choices, and customization preferences, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

1. Non-Returnable Products

As all of our covers and tarps are customized according to your specifications, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any products unless there is a defect or error in the product that was delivered.

Customized products include:

  • Covers (outdoor furniture covers, vehicle covers, grill covers, etc.) made to your specifications.
  • Tarps (canvas tarps, mesh tarps, agricultural tarps, etc.) designed according to your dimensions and requirements.

Once an order is placed and the manufacturing process has started, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure that all details, including measurements, materials, and customization preferences, are correct before finalizing your order.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

We strive to ensure that every product meets the agreed-upon specifications and is free from defects. However, if you receive a product that is defective or does not match the specifications you provided, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If the product has a manufacturing defect, such as material flaws, stitching errors, or structural issues.
  • Incorrect Products: If the product delivered is significantly different from the product you ordered, in terms of dimensions, material, or customization.

3. Valid Proof Required for Returns and Refunds

In the event that a product is defective or incorrect, you must provide valid proof of the issue. This includes:

  • Photographic Evidence: Clear photos of the defect or discrepancy, showing the product’s condition upon receipt.
  • Order Details: A copy of your original order confirmation, including the product specifications (dimensions, material, customizations, etc.).
  • Other Supporting Evidence: Any additional information that may help us verify the issue (e.g., videos of the defect, shipping damage, etc.).

Once we receive and review your proof, we will assess whether the product qualifies for a replacement or refund.

4. Process for Defective or Incorrect Product Returns

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please follow the steps below:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 20 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Exclusions

Please note that we will not accept returns or issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Specifications Provided by the Customer: If the product is correct based on the specifications you provided during the ordering process, but it does not fit or meet your expectations due to incorrect measurements or choices.
  • Damage Caused by Improper Use: Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Minor Variations: Slight variations in color, texture, or size that fall within industry-accepted tolerances for custom-made products.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If a product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, Cover Magix will cover the cost of return shipping for the defective item. In cases where a return is not warranted (e.g., the product matches the specifications provided), the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
